Ok, Im not fat at all but I have slight gyno, meaning that my breasts nipple is larger than normal.

I would say Im fairly fit in terms of muscle and fat, but no matter what the stubborn fat from my breast from reduce.

what i found was the best thing though, was to just work out your pecs, every little bit bigger they get means the skin underneat your nipples will be streched a bit taut-er and it'll be less appearent

Plenty of girls have big puffy nipples, I guess guys can get the things too. Now that I think of it, I think most primates have nipples like that. I don't see how it matters either way though, you'll probably not be bothered by it at all in a few years.

I once knew one guy who had little tiny nipples, like the whole thing was about 3/4 the size of a dime...

Even at my slimmest and body-best I've always had man boobs.
