It's not probable that she is pregnant from what you've said. But I guess there's always a possibility. From my experience, its mental. If she's young or under prepared for sex, she might imagine that she is pregnant, and think she has symptoms etc. Vitamin C should help, the pill will do it.

I had sex with a good friend of mine yesterday. I pulled out, and I'm almost positive I didn't come in her, seeing that I saw myself come on a sheet. But precum is what scares me. She isn't ovulating, and she's taking a shit load of vitamin c because apparently it can sometimes help deter a pregnancy. I'm buying a morning after pill soon, but should I still be worried?

Secondly , yes its possible she's caught pregnancy, but unlikely. However people do win the lottery so you are right to worry.
