ive asked people and they said they feel guilty if they get dumped. What do you feel guilty abuot?

Feel guilty as in "Oh shit all my fault I shouldnt of done blah blah"

Guilty? I've never felt guilty for being dumped.

You feel inadequate, because some part of you was critically flawed to the point of ending the relationship over. And most of the time, you never know what that was. So it's an all-over feeling of insecurity, where you start to doubt things that weren't even wrong to begin with.

Which could lead and generally does lead to a slight glimpse of the feeling of guilt for making the person you care about unhappy to the extent of extermination. Not that I've ever been dumped, but it will happen eventually.

i believe this all stems from an overly narcissistic view of one's self. People should be more humble and accept the fact taht they are flawed. Everyone is flawed.

Usually I start to think "Shit, I'm such an ass.. it's all my fault she didn't like me. I knew I should have played hard to get."

When you lose a job, you dont sit there and say "i should have done this bla bla bla." NO. You go online and immediately look for a new job.
