So I met this girl...
To keep things short I'm going to simplify things a lot here.

We talk online, and have a ton in common. We got along great. It was scary how much we had in common.

We decided to meet up in person one day, but the day prior, she ends up asking if I want to meet her at her apartment and get to know each other over drinks. At one point she says I'm not what she expected.

The next day, when I was sober (but still hung over) I ask her about what she meant. Turns out, she isn't interested in me as a boyfriend since she isn't sure I'm her type, I'm nice like one of her exs.

A week later after a couple instant messages she says she doesn't like me as a boyfriend, but she wants to like me like that. I suggest just hanging out as friends, and seeing what happens. She said that it sounds like a good idea. Well, I thought that meant she was willing to give it a shot. Afterall, she had only seen me two times. Once drunk and another still kinda hung over.

Today, she says she knows a girl I may like, if I'm interested.
Then she just said that didn't think I would want to wait for her to make up her mind. So, she's unsure if she likes me? Well, she said she "likes" me, but she's a girl, so who knows what exactly that means.

So yeah, this sucks. Every time I meet a girl, something like this happens. Either they end up turning lesbian, end up being really religious and they freak me out, or something like this. Or a girl I like just doesn't like me, and then when I meet a different girl, then they start becoming interested. It's not like I get a lot of attention from girls. And the longest normal relationship that was I have ever had was like a month. And we like only saw each other once a week.
It's really starting to bug me. I can't like ever meet a girl who I have anything in common with, and then I finally do and...she fucking doesn't like me because I was too nice? Or, she isn't sure if she likes me like that.

OK, girls. I want to let you all in on something. We guys can't read minds. We can read wiring schematics, blueprints, all kinds of shit. But, we don't understand hints and mind games. MAKE IT SIMPLE! DECIDE FIRST, DON"T MAKE US DECIPHER YOUR MESSAGES!

This last girl definitely knows that I like her more than just a friend. Although, I haven't always been real forward about it with other girls. Usually I just wait for shit to happen on it's own. I have issues with self confidence and such. My childhood really screwed me up.

You can't control the feelings of others. Not everyone belongs together, even if they'd like to be together.

Turns out, this girl isn't her friend. It's this girl her room mate knows, and thinks we may get along. But the girl I have been talking to doesn't really know her, and from what she does know, she doesn't really like her. And I don't usually get along very well with people my friends don't like or get along with.

Well, she just got buzzed. I got pretty drunk though. And anyway, when I drink, I seem to lose all interest in sex. I actually ended up just talking (and obviously drinking) with her friends about half the time, just because I felt like talking to whoever would talk with me.

By the way, that night I learned not to mix hard liquor with beer. Beer before liquor, never sicker, liquor before beer, never fear. Initially I didn't plan on drinking though.
