i've made sure they've never seen me do anythin
but its annoying and stressfull that they are even there

What are you doing in your house that would get you paranoid? You should probably stop whatever you're doing and move to another location or at least stop until they stop watching.

AH...dont do that. Just knock on their window and ask what they are doing watching your house. Pretend you dont even think they're cops. Just tell them, "i noticed you guys watching my house. Tell me what you're doing here or i'm going to call the cops". That'll really fak with them. And that way it'll seem like you havent done anything wrong for them to be watching you.

Also...maybe you should bring a tape recorder. If they tell you that they're cops then ask for their badge numbers. That'll really scare the fuk outta them. If they refuse then you have the tape recorder.

You could threaten them with a law suit or harrassment charges. Just be nice and friendly. Let them act a dick and keep it all on recording.

about 3 weeks before this they did construction on my street
there was a cop there watching the construction and moving traffic
after the construction was over i noticed marked cars sitting ALOT in my area
and now its moved to unmarked cars and plain clothes cops
my thoughts are they're probably watchin to try and get something to get a search warrant on my home
so now when people come to grab they have to stay for at least half an hour
im thinking if i do that i should be ok
i used to do alot of my business at a small park between a church and a daycare, but since ive noticed the sitting cars ive moved everything into my house

I take it that you're really a dealer? You should probably lay low for now. If they find probable cause to enter your house, they will bring dogs and then you're fukked no matter how well you hide your shit.

Be smart and dont deal at your own home.

If they have reason to park cars outside your house then they will have probable cause soon enough. They'll will bust one of your clients and then he rat you out. That's probably how they knew to watch your house in the first place. In fact they probably already have a warrent for your home. You dont have to answer any question no matter how scary it seems as long as you live in America. If they ask you a question just ask your own questions. Answer their question with a question. They're outside your house so they look more guilty then you do. Just play it off that you dont know that they're cops. If they say they're cops just ask to see their badges and get their badge numbers. Just drill them. Cops are required by law to give their badge numbers, that's why you bring a tape recorder if they refuse.

Just tell them you want your lawyer present. After that they can't ask you anymore questions. If they do then they are violating your rights. Tell them if they keep asking you questions that you're going to press charges. ASK for their badge numbers. I doubt they'll keep drilling you after you ask for a lawyer and their badge numbers.

Blatantly videotape them. Walk around naked in front of your windows a lot. Call the next highest level of police on them for being "suspicious" people in your neighborhood. Get some spotlights and install them on swiveling mounts so that you can aim them wherever they're parked. Set up a spike strip where they like to drive or park...

Apply a little creativity. There are plenty of ways to fuck with them without getting into any real trouble.

You seriously need to stop dealing until they leave. I know its been said a lot in here, but thats because its true. It may seem difficult, and your clients may get pissed, but its better that they go without their habit and you go without your deal money than you going to prison.

Other than that, yeah, ask them what theyre doing after your house is clean, ask for their badge numbers if they say theyre cops, the usual drill. DO NOT indicate that you think theyre watching your house for any reason. If you do this, then they will either sense that you are hiding something, or will start making their observations of you in a more secretive fashion. Do not carry ANY weapons around them. Not even a pocket knife. I suggest that to get rid of your stash, flush it. If you try to throw it in the trash, chances are that if theyre watching your house theyre looking through your trash at every opportunity. If they finally do search, hopefully you wont have anything in your house by then, and just comply. But if you do have drugs in your house, comply anyways, because if you resist they can add to the charges.

^^^ Okay, this guy is really a cop. He has one post total and this is it. Don't listen to what these guys are saying. Just record the conversation anyway and hand it over to your lawyer if anything goes wrong. Your lawyer will tell you if it was really illegal or not but it is extremely unlikely that it is illegal.
