dx10 gfx xard
alright i need a new video card becaus my brother destroyed my 8800 gts. i have the 600$ i made him pay me plus my last paycheck witch is about 150$. i need a new card but I'm unsure, i bought my card when the first dx10 cards came out and there wernt many out. Any idea what card i should get?

Is the card physically/cosmetically damaged? If not, you could prolly RMA it OR buy the same card from a store and return the broken one.

And if you get it repaired, buy another from the money and run them in SLI.

even if you the HD2900XT was faster it pump's out something like 200 watt's its verging on excessive.
so yeh you have the money get your 8800GTX, or if you can squeeze it (not sure what you can get 8800's for in the US)

heatsinc tore off, took some circuts with it. he droped it down the stairs.
