Her friend is being giggly and talking about shit. Then starts off talking about this rich guy has a hot car and is so rich wants him.. directly to my gf. ''Did you see his car'' blah blah.. Well I get the feeling that somethings weird and I look over and see my gf mouthing something in the mirror. Maybe I'm crazy but ...

Re: Girlfriend Lieing
call her on it and see if you can get the truth, it'll either teach her not to fuck with you or she'll just try harder next time, you can't lose since women can't seem to muster up any honesty anyways.

Re: Girlfriend Lieing
That's a terrible generalization, if I have ever heard one!
I'd say mention it to her. Call her out on it. Then ask her what she did wrong that night... "Why would you lie to me about it, if you didn't feel guilty about it."

Re: Girlfriend Lieing
Ok, paranoid much? She was probably gossiping with her bitchy friend about his dick size. Way to be insecure.

Re: Girlfriend Lieing
I'm saying around 90% of males in this thread have met a bad, horribly lying female, been horribly hurt by her, and thus have the stupidity to assume that all other females are just as bad.
Females are human. Humans can be shitty, and they do lie on an awfully regular basis.
As do men.
But yeah, she shouldnt lie to you about shit like that. I think she wants to fuck the rich guy. Dump her fetid skanky ass.

I'd bet on her not wanting you to be feeling like you're feeling now.

Re: Girlfriend Lieing
Regardless of her intent when she lied, she still lied, and you do not want to be with a girlfriend who lies to you.
I'd say, this once, give her the benefit of the doubt and allow her to explain herself. Talk to her and ask her what she was doing that night that she feels guilty enough about to try and hide. If she gives a semi-reasonable response, make amends, I guess. If she tries to stumble her way over more lies to cover her ass, then you need to gtfo of there.
Either way, you need to calmly explain that you do not wish to be with someone who you don't feel like you can be 100% truthful, and likewise do not wish to be with someone who does not feel the same way.
You really don't want to get into it with "Lie Girl" It will just end badly. She might be a poor liar, or she might get better at it and be able to play you for a long time... either way, she is bound to make at least one slip-up again.
But give her a chance to explain first. A lie is still a lie, but maybe once you explain your expectations, she will knock it off?

Re: Girlfriend Lieing
"My"
"girlfriend"
this implies that she, is really not an ever changing phenomenom that lacks any real definition or stable existence. You're asking someone to be "your girlfriend" which is to take on an identity, a role, which they are not, essentially. If a girl loses interest in you, as much as you have built up these feelings towards her, is as much as you will suffer when your illusion that she was ever "yours" falls apart. She is never yours. You do not control her. She never was, she never will be. You may fuck, you may play together, have a conversation, but your entire life, is as impermanent as one word in that conversation. And here you are all sad because your dream fell apart. Because you thought it would last forever.
Because maybe perhaps you see your own mortality, you feel your death approaching and try to grab more and more happiness, maybe even have a kid, so you can go on, so this impermanent life can seem more permanent. But when these things go you will cry, over and over, and over, and over again you will build a sandcastle and watch the ocean take it.
It was never real. It never will be real. No matter how many people around you support this idea of a "stable relationship" they are arguing with the universe and lying to themselves. This world is not real There is no such thing as anything that's not turning into something else. People cheat all the time, people fuck each other behind the back all the time. I would love to bone one girl, but one girl always demands everything from me, never finds anything for herself to do, and then if she gets it, she goes after someone else, if she doesnt, she'll always be in a state of wanting more, never content. So when I get into relationships, to me it is pretend, a joke, and the older I get, it's seeming like a complete fucking waste of time and energy.
It's rare for two people to be content with the moment and each other, especially in this society. Theres always another person, another thing they'll want.... I can never blame them though, always past conditions that lead to the present... I used to get pissed and jealous like you, now I realize, there is a veil being pulled over my eyes that anything in this world is "mine" or will last or will keep me happy. I'm here to die, you are here to die, find something meaningful to build up in your life that you can say on your dying day "ive lived for this"... Let her lie. Dont fool yourself into thinking she's yours. Fuck her, play with her, talk to her, look at the moon, but the whole time keep in mind how quick life is, how impermanent this world is, and you can never truly be as sad when what rises fades away...

Re: Girlfriend Lieing
I don't know. I don't like being negative and sour all of the time. I'd rather just trust and be happy and save the sadness/negativity for when something falls apart. In my opinion, it's sort of silly to be/feel negative about everything because you are afraid to be/feel negative about anything. :P

Re: Girlfriend Lieing
I don't know. I prefer to just analyze the situations. Expecting only things that have the possibility to last, to last, as well as letting go of the things that probably won't. I prefer to be realistic about life. Things do last, and there is some good in the world, but you can't just be lazy and pretend like nothing lasts/matters, because that will just perpetuate the issue. Nothing will last if you don't try to make it last. For example: A girl is not going to be with a guy who isn't positive about their relationship. Saying "If we are still together... then... <blank>" sets off big red flags to me, and a lot of other girls. I can't speak for guys, but I'd bet that there are guys out there who feel the same way. I'd rather act in such a way that makes me attractive to other people, as friends, family, etc. And apathy is not an attractive quality, nor are negativity and disbelief.
