I wouldnt say any good could come out of it. The stomach produces HCl to break down the food doesnt it? Ive no idea how concentrated it would be in the stomach though.

Your stomach has a mucus lining to protect it from 'disgestion' (gastric acid ranges Ph1-3); however, your throat does not have any kind of defence against acid (and is why you can experience 'Heartburn' when a little stomach acid manages to 'escape' the stomach) so, I am sure you'd experience a painful burning of the throat that just would not be pleasant at all if HCl was drunk.
