Apparently this is a year old, but it's news to me. Look to the right of the "DANGER KEEP OUT" and under the plane. Zoom in and you can vaguely make out it's "How to make a bomb from a battery" from the textfiles.

They also have this in a TV commercial that comes on just about every second ad break, with each little thumbnail getting put up on screen to make the poster. I always keep an eye out for Totse - it's on screen for a moment or two.
