Putting myself in the imagined scenario, Id be drinking in both situations.

Getting drunk, but only having one interesting person to fulfil my social needs wouldn't have me in the best mood after a night... probably want to sleep.

Being at a good party, Id have a good night and even if I didnt get something to plow at the end, Id be happy I had a good night.

Depends how important it is to you to be with this girl.
