My mom is an alcoholic, sometimes when she doesn't have enough money to buy a vodka bottle she will buy some kind of liquid that bitches use to make themselves smell better, and drink that stuff! Im so fucking ashamed of that!

So, this one time I caught her with one of those bottles, and she refused to hand it over, she said give me some money so I can go buy a vodka. I said " fuck this, stop putting this shit in you body". She was all hungover and depressed so she was desperate for a drink, I had like half oz of buds, and said to her jokingly: Do you want some weed in return for that bottle of deodorant? Shes laughs it off, I tell her again five minutes later," cmon I know a guy, your better off this way, you can smoke it and fall asleep so you dont suffer from a hangover."
She goes " WHAT? you smoke weed??" (my family is very anti-drug) I said of course not, im just trying to help you, tell you what man.. she flipped! "Yeah thats how it starts.. next thing you know you're shooting H!" (she smoked a few times with my dad back in the day) I asked her, " so you're okay with drinking deodorant?" GODDAMN, how ignorant do you have to be? I simply don't comprehend, then again she is a product of communist country where drugs are demonized beyond belief.

Any getting her to eat right (when she bothers to eat...) can only be to the good. Get her to eat like a healthy peasant: spuds/cabbage/beets. Cook it & eat it in front of her.

Are there decent & healthy foods for her childhood? Foods that she be glad to see & wolf down? Ones that are from any particularly happy time when she was a kid?

Take the old European staple of cabbage. It's been shown to have anti-cancer & anti-herpes properties. It helps with stomach health in general. Sure cabbage rolls are simple & good, but just steamed or lightly boiled cabbage is easy to make & easy to wolf lots down. Heck even coleslaw from the market is easy to eat.

Mashed potatoes with some canned fish & some olive oil or butter is pretty easy too. Simple things to prepare that are easy to eat. Simple & cheap & if she doesn't eat it? Well it didn't cost much anyways.

Thanks for advice bro, she actually eats a lot of steamed cabbage(when she does actually feel like eating) And I really dont know what the hell she liked as a kid.

Well...maybe she'd like to be subtley enticed into talking about any happy stories from the past...though, of course, the past has 'minefields' ... Other things in the cabbage family are pretty good too: brussel's sprouts, cauliflower & broccoli.

Even raw with some kind of dip...if she does raw.

im guessing you've never been addicted to a substance. well when your out of your fix then you do irrational and stupid things to get yourself where you feel you need to be.


a suggestion would to be to make sure she drinks a lot of water and non alcoholic fluids to maintain adequate hydration
