I just got out of rehab and there is now a BUMP on my penis. i am very scared, since my dick popped out a few times when i was in those sheets.

Its RIGHT under my head gland on the TOP side of my penis and the top of the bump is moist.. wet even. IM SO SCARED please what can it be? ill submit pics even if need be.

Go to a doctor. Nobody here (as far as I know) is medically qualified to tell you what it is or is not.
