A lot of people like their steak medium-rare, rare, bleeding all over the place, or well. I've devised a theory involving this. Putting it simply, the lower evolved you are, the more bloody the meat you want. The higher evolved you are, the more cooked meat you want. Just trust me.. I'm on to something.
