A while ago I started hanging out with a girl I kind of like, after a while we knew each other very well, one day I asked who she like and she said the guy she was dating (sence 2 days earlier.) This was around the time I started to like her, mostly because of her personality, I still wouldn't say she is amazing looking, but she is cute. I just said okay like I didn't care. After a while of me trying to hide it, I told he I liked her and she liked me back. We still hung out, still got to know each other a little better every time.

We both really liked each other and knew every thing about each other, but her boyfriend still didn't know I liked her. We both tried to hide the fact that we liked each other around him, although it seemed pretty obvious to me. Lately she's been really depressed so I've been talking to her alot more, trying to help. Shes come to me crying a few times, and I know she has cut before, but stopped, and thats why I wanted to help.

Today I found out a former friend of mine had told him about how she liked me, and every thing. Me and her boyfriend talked it over for a while, and he is really confused about everything. He didn't know if she ever loved him, in she was cheating on him, if she was going to break up with him. I told him that she loves him more than anything in the world, and she wasn't cheating on him. Every thing seemed okay with him, he just needed to talk to her.

Fast forward a few hours and I get a call from one of my friends saying I needed to call her. So I did and she was a mess, we talked about everything, how he still loves her and still wants to go out with her, but she is still a mess. We keep talking and she says she will be okay and she would call me in the morning, so I let her go. I texted her saying I really didn't want her to be emo, she said she would try as hard as she could.

That's pretty much that happened, I feel horrible because she still hasn't talked to him, and I think he is going to break up with her, and I know she would start cutting again if he did ....

Now it's about 2 in the morning and I have to get up in 2 hours for school... G'night

Um, well, I've kind of been in the same situation, except me and the guy had been best friends for the better half of a decade. They ended up breaking up, dating on and off over the years, me and him stopped talking completely, I got with her a few times but now she and I are just friends. It could've been handled way better on all of our parts, but that's how high school kids do things, I guess. Good luck, whatever you decide to do.
