Engage in activities that increase your circulation?
Girls hands are always cold, for some reason.
Mine aren't.
Maybe I'm not a real girl?

Re: My hand are always freezing cold
Alcohol dilates the capillaries so more blood flows close to the skin which will warm them up.
Otherwise I always get ten times warmer after I eat and start digesting my food. Maybe you don't eat enough? Or just cuddle under blankets with someone till you are sweaty hot then touch them.

Re: My hand are always freezing cold
Anything to do with having big hands? I have HUGE hands compared to most people, and they are pretty cold, as someone mentioned, maybe something to do with the blood circulation?

Re: My hand are always freezing cold
It most likely is a circulation problem, probably Raynaud's. I definitely have problems with that, my hands and feet always feel like ice, even with socks and gloves on. :(

Re: My hand are always freezing cold
I think I probably have Raynaud's. My hands and feet almost always feel like ice. Well, I don't feel cold, but people who touch my hands always gasp and exclaim how cold they are. I also almost always look corpse-y because my skin is usually grey/white/purple/blotchy/gross...It kind of makes me feel insecure because I look and feel like a corpse, but my boyfriend has always reassured me that he doesn't care. He told me about this saying he saw somewhere, "Icy hands, warm heart" or something like that. It's lame but I think it's sweet.

Re: My hand are always freezing cold
I've never met a girl that didn't have cold hands. It's kind of wierd if they reach in your pants before they see your dick, because then you get the shrinkage from the cold, and they think it's not as big....

That's what I was going to say. I have it and as far as I know it's really common and causes few medical complications other than you're probably more likely to get diabetes if you have it.
And I developed diabetes, too. Heh. Never put two and two together until now.
Cheers,
Lost

Re: My hand are always freezing cold
I've had this problem for quite some time as well. Never heard of Raynaud's till just now but it sounds like that could be it.
BTW, from raynauds.org faq:
"Raynauds is very prevalent, affecting as much as 5-10 percent of the population."
"...women are affected nine times more than men.
"When it occurs in teenagers (mostly female), they tend to develop Raynauds around the time of puberty. Often, the symptoms disappear when the individuals are in their twenties." -That would be nice.

Re: My hand are always freezing cold
I hate to throw a spanner in the works...but I used to have this when I was 15 to about 17 or 18. Looking back I think I'd put it down to being nervous - sweaty palms (and as sweat is the bodily function of remove heat from the body that would make sence).
I would also put it down to poor circulation and just well...growing up?
