There are several search functions that I'd like to see added.

First, the results only go up to 500. I wanted to see if I could find my fabled 'very first post' for kicks. The search is limited to 500 results, so it didn't go back that far.

On top of that, I know I could narrow the search results more if I were to choose more options from the "Find Posts From" form in Search Options. The highest date it goes is "A Year Ago". If it could be brought up to 2, 3 ,4, or even 5 years ago, that'd be fantastic.

Is there any way to change either of these?

Anyway, back on topic: I would also like the search results to be expanded to include more posts and go back farther. Also, hopefully the other problems with the search function (posts from the old UBB are not being indexed) will be fixed soon. Right now, I can't really use the search function to find anything, I have to locate a lot of things manually.
