I've applied to many jobs, but i wasnt contacted back from them so i dont think im going to get a real job. So what other ways could i make money being 15. I have $200 and i need to make money so i can buy a car pretty soon

Do you have a lawn mower? If not, buy one at a yard sale (or on craigslist) and fix it up (people over in gearheads will help you).

Mow lawns, you can easily get $20 an hour and people like having local kids do it instead of Mexican crews... thats my experience anyhow. Just go door to door and have your parents tell their friends that ur looking for lawns to mow. This is the standard white suburban teenager job.

hey man im in the same situation. mow lawns or something for money from your parents. babysit your little brothers or sisters or cousins if you have any. and if you are willing to do this then do this: go to your local gas station and try to find people to buy cigarettes for you. then once you have them sell them out to other kids. sell them for 50 cents to a dollar per cigarette. since 20 cigs come in a pack you could make anywhere form 10 to 20 bucks off one pack. if you dont know anyone who would buy them from you then try going to your local skatepark to sell them if you have one. trust me there are usually plenty of desperate kids there that will pay you a dollar or even more for a cig.

yea i was thinking about mowing lawns but my neighbors would never trust me to mow their lawns. They dont like me because i would light firecrackers and they would get mad at me so i know mowing is out of the question. I was thinkin about sellin squares and weed but ive already been busted and my parents would go crazy. Thats y i applied for jobs so i could earn money legally.

I applied for 7 different jobs. I got one response, and that was about 3 - 4 months later.

In the meantime just use E-bay or whatever to buy stuff and sell it for more expensive, = profit.

I second that suggesttion for reselling on eBay.

Do you mind traveling to Fort Worth/Dallas or is that too far? I think the gist of employment opportunities exist in that metro area. Couldn't find anything substantial in Denton itself
