question about syphilis
if somebody has sores in their mouth and you share a drink with them without knowing they're infected, is it possible for the infection to somehow end up on your genitals without direct contact of saliva?
like, infection passes through blood to genital area?
serious question guys, no laughing, please.

Re: question about syphilis
I'm pretty sure you can only get syphilis when you know they have it. Seriously though, you might be at risk for infection if they had open sores.
