I go with Sellery on this, just take her out for a romantic walk somewhere (like the park at sunset or something) and just tell her exactly how you feel about her. The most likely thing to happen is that she will do the same in return, and then you're already in a conveniently romantic, dark and deserted spot to lay some pipe ;)
