Anyway, in the past when I hjave been with my gf's I have always had sweaty palms, never normally just with them.
How can this be combated?

One time, like 7 years ago, I was working at a mini-golf place at a big fair, and I put my large, chilled soft-drink down to shake this girls hand, and she was like "Your hands are really sweaty!".

Before I had a chance to explain that it was from the ice cold beverage, she walked away.

Using antiperspirant on your hands can't be good. Not that using it anywhere is good.
Everyone gets sweaty hands sometimes.. just deal with it.

Try keeping tissues in your in pockets. Put your hands in your pockets when you need to get rid of the sweat. It's inconspicuous and innocent enough. :)

She must have walked away really fast if you couldn't squeeze in a "it's water" after she said it

If I have sweaty palms I just wipe them on my legs or ass or something... it rarely happens to me, though.

I've always had the feeling that if you're not comfortable enough with someone/they're not comfortable enough with you to laugh about one or both of you having sweaty palms then it's not a good sign. I mean honestly, it's normal and it can give you something to laugh about together. Maybe it's just my sense of humour, but laughing about the fact that one or both of you are nervous is better than trying to hide it, which will probably make you even more nervous.

Ah well. My two cents.

Yeah a lot of my friends get this, sweaty feet too. I dont get either of those but I get sweaty armpits, the anti-sweat stuff that you put on at night is amazing for that. For your hands don't worry about it if shes your gf just be like hey... my hands are sweaty and they are just like that.
