Well I didn't post any ads, because I hadn't decided what I wanted. I've read through them though. But you aint got nothin' to lose, and it could work out.
Another one I use is the UK section of Gumtree.com, you can select cities, and there tends to be tons of activity. Plus you don't have to join that one, you can just browse and post. I have had that one work out.. as in I met someone from it.
