That method really doesent work. If you're desperate, you've got to take a massive amount of mitrazapine,gut yourself, hang yourself by your intestines and then fling yourself off a high building.
You'll either be hung by your innards, or they'll be unable to take the strain and snap, in which case it's a toss up of if you'll die by falling to your death or blood loss first.
