I'm stupid enough to listen to 'mates'.
So i was going out with this girl for about a month, and i liked her a lot. Then one day my friend (female) saw a picture of my girlfriend, and said
'shit, is that your girlfriend'
me:'yeah'
her:'wow you really don't deserve a girlfriend that buff'
well she was right, but i realised that moment that i loved my girlfriend more than anyone ever before (if you can be arsed to read it, this was my last relationship http://www.totse.com/community/showthread.php?t=1508947) and i'd do anything for her. I don't think i've ever felt as strongly about anything ever before.
Things went alright, but not fantastic, she was just always on the go. Then a few days ago she says we need to talk. She said she loved me so much but she's a complete bitch by her nature and she would do something to hurt me (i guess she means she'd cheat on me) and she didn't want to risk hurting me cos she values me as a friend so much.
Now, according to one of my best mates who is also one of her best mates, she really does feel that way. Honestly.
So, is there any way i can get her back?

if she ended it with you cause she knew she was gonna hurt you, why chase after her? youll ultimately end up heartbroken.

You sound pretty young, so just chill and let these feelings pass.

Re: I'm stupid enough to listen to 'mates'.
I dunno, what does this entire situation have to do with listening to your friends? Apart from the fact that you are apparently still doing that ("Now, according to one of my best mates who is also one of her best mates, she really does feel that way.") Is that the thing that's stupid, or what?
[she broke up with me because] she didn't want to risk hurting me cos she values me as a friend so much.
And you're still going to be friends now that she's broken up with you? And you're still going to be friends when she's with someone else? People make no goddamn sense.
