...but I discovered something called a conscience. She's a nice, attractive girl. But when it comes to the specifics she's nothing I could ever dream of being close to: shy, short, scenester (punk), aussie and worst of all, way too into me. But, she's shit hot. Down to business.

She's going to the army in 5 weeks, she'd really like a boyfriend (hint hint) but also wants sex. I can only fill the criteria to one of those desires. Ease my conscience and tell me it's fair for me to slam her for the next 5 weeks, and then use "But it'd be unfair to become official because you're leaving" as an excuse...because that's the honest truth :). Fuck. I fucking hate this little thing that nags and nags and nags and says things like "But she has feelings, consider them" pffft! I was better off before it! Fuck off conscience.

Basically, would it be uncool to root her till she leaves?

How's this sound "Look, you're cool, and under different circumstances we'd be great together, but you're leaving. And it'd be unfair on the both of. I think at this time a purely physical relationship would be best".

I've never asked a girl for a physical only relationship, usually it was me asking for a more than physical relationship. Thanks in advance, I'll check back soon.

No matter what the surrounding circumstances, it is just plain RUDE to deny a girl what she wants.

Just go with it and see what happens. I mean if she starts asking you are we official then you can give the answer. Just go with the flow and see where it leads you :)

If she's a good girl, and a decent girl, and actually fun, you may well find yourself falling for her. Hard.
She may be totaly different to anything you've ever had before, in a totaly amazing way.
And I can imagine, to lose that..would be agonising.

You see the problem is people can't be with another person and enjoy themselves without getting really serious. Atleast that's what i've notice. You guys should be able to chill with each other, be sexual with one another, but also not get too close. Just have a simple relationship, not someone who could possibly be a fiance one day. Just have a relationship that you do't see any plans for lasting for a long time. Something fun in my opinion. This way you guys get the good part of a relationship, and when she leaves, it wont break your heart, and you can stay good friends.

I'm kind of in the same situation. I waited way too long with a girl I was friends with for quite a while, and finally made a move, and she likes me, and that would be great and all, but I'm leaving to college in three months. So I think I'm going to do what you're suggesting. If 'the talk' comes up, I'll just tell her that it would be a disadvantage to both of us to get attached so soon before I leave, and just to enjoy the time we have together, whatever we do. And we always have our friendship to fall back on. How long have you known this girl?

It is called a "booty call" guys. People have been doing it since the beginning of time. People (society) have connected sex with love way too much. It is just sex. It is a basic animal act. A long/meaningful relationship should not be a requirement.

Just do it and have a little fun.
