soap and water usually works..i wouldnt do that vinegar shit..could make it worse..

I use a sorbolene scrub in the shower each morning, followed by a blast of cold water. After shaving and stuff, I use a sorbolene based cleanser, then a vitamin E moisturiser, and finally a couple of squirts of aftershave.

I'm 30, and still get the odd pimple, but it seems to be only after eating something greasy. I only started doing this about 6 months ago, along with wearing better clothes, exercising and eating much better, and all together, they seem to be working.

Oh, and I have real oily hair, so I wash it every day with oily hair shampoo - that helps a lot. A day at the beach helps too - the salt and the wind seem to get all the oil out for like a week! Some good old fashioned exercise helps too, especially if you use a scrub afterwards.

I have heard about people using vinegar, and would be willing to try it, but you know what they say about everything you read on the web....

To OP: I wash and then shave daily, and use Gillette aftershave, afterwards I wash my face again and use a moisturizing balm on my face and neck. There, I was helpful-ish.
