Ok, so this person is an old schoolmate whom I have had almost no contact with for 6 years. A month or so ago we got tgether at a restaraunt with her and one of her girlfriends. She once liked me at one point and she has been taking lots of shit from boyfriends lately.

School is over for both of us, so we have ample time to see each other again. This isnt solely for getting into a relationship, at least just yet. If anything it is to get back to speed with a friend that I once knew.

So what should I say? When should I call? Ect, ect.

"I had a great time that one night at dinner with you and (friend's name), how would you feel if we did it again some time? [if thats to plain out say 'do it again some time and invite a couple other friends']"

Argon, my advice, feel free to ignore it: Don't judge her, and just be your best self (courteous, fair, inspired, and so on...you're not a moron so I think you'll get the gist of it).

I have always said I can carry a conversation, just not start one. Getting started with anything is my most difficult challenge, but I can carry on if its worth it.
