Which sex do you think is more likely to stay loyal to their partner? It definatly used to be women but nowday I think women are a lot more untrustworthy, and more likely to cheat. Opinions?

I dunno. It's hard for me to say, as i'm sure any study is kind of unreliable. It's probably a lot easier for women to cheat, but I think it's more important to ask which sex is more inclined to cheat. I dunno, it really could be either.

i think it's equal really. there will always be both men and women who can't settle into a serious relationship.

There will also always be women who hold every little argument with their man in their head until it builds that the best revenge is to cheat on him. That' their downfall.

And guys are just horny so that's our downfall.

I think women are less likely to get caught cheating, because they plan ahead more and think the whole process through. Just my opinion.

However, from observing my friends, it seems like the only ones to have cheated in relationships are the males.

Well, it's kind of complicated...men aren't very selective when it comes to who they fuck, but they're very selective when it comes to marriage. It has to be the right girl. Women are the opposite: they're very selective when it comes to who they screw, but not very selective when it comes to marriage. You'd be surprised who men will fuck and who women will marry. Faithfulness is probably related to that, and it isn't likely to last long if the couple is together for convenience, financial reasons, etc.

It is different for every situation, so why even wonder who is more monogamous? The answer to that question will never help you, only make you more paranoid.

How can you even go so far as to say it definitely used to be woman? How do you know they just didn't get caught? If men are working all the time, and stick you a regular schedule, the woman has no fear of being caught.

Almost every case I hear of woman being caught, the man surprised them by deferring from his usual schedule.

The mere fact that monogamy is such a risky endeavor for either party is enough to keep me off of marriage, and even relationships for the most part, for life.

Anyway, like 90% of the people I know who are in relationships cheat regularly on their "significant" others, so I pretty much have no faith whatsoever in any kind of sacred love bond.

In general women are more promiscious, simply because they can get more action. It's common sense.

This isn't something you can judge by sex, man.

The bits between the legs doesn't matter. A slut is a slut, and it can be either sex. And if you're out looking for love, you better hope your poor little heart can handle the reality that EVERYBODY fucks...and if you and your partner aren't fucking each other, at least one of you is still fucking. You can see it as pure betrayal, or you can see it as something else (fulfilling 'needs', a 'mistake', or other such shit)...I guess it depends what you tell yourself by what you choose: stick with 'em or let 'em go.
