In my experience, doing this type of thing is kind of a 1.5 strike scenario. You'll get away with this one, but if she even THINKS you're going to do it again, she'll probably call her old boy. that's almost the exact sittuation i wound up in more than once. I really don't feel like typing out the story, so pretty much: I went for it (lots), and now we're together and happy. It did take a lot of work though.

Well yeah, she had(still does) have a boyfriend and we still playfully flirted occasionally. Then one night we started getting a little serious, and yeah me made out, I fingered her a bit and then she started having doubts, because she just cheated on her boyfriend.
