Ray Mercer vs Kimbo Slice?

I can't believe this stuff gets coverage. Ray Mercer is OLD, he was NEVER a heavyweight champion, when he did fight for the title he was beat many times by the likes of Lennox Lewis, Evander Holyfield, Larry Holmes, Shannon Briggs, and Wladimir Klitschko. Guy is WAY over the hell. Hell, when he was a young man, he got beat by an over the hill Larry Holmes!

And Kimbo Slice? Looks like a homeless guy to me..

I do believe Kimbo will have his ass handed to him by the big-time heavyweights, should he ever get that far.

I'd like to see a Kimbo vs. Cro Cop fight just for shits and giggles.

I'm sure a lot of people (if anyone reads this that is) are going to go "Sam you're an idiot that guy is a badass, he would beat jesus in a boxing match!!".

It won't take a "big time heavyweight" to take this guy out, not by a longshot. Pretty much anyone with decent skills could pick him apart easily.
But anyway, though Its obvious this Kimbo fellow can take a punch, it takes much more than that to be a good boxer, mixed martial artist, etc etc. This guy has NO technique. His punches look terrible, he has no defense, especially in a MMA match he would get torn apart by leg kicks and grappling.

Ray Mercer is WAY over the hill, but if he was 30 again (I say this because he got a late start in his career), he would EASILY tear Kimbo Slice to pieces. Who knows now, but hey if George Foreman can be a top 10 contender in his 40s, and Bernard Hopkins can still be one of the best boxers of all time in his 40s, maybe Mercer can make something happen too.

And even though he will still win, Mercer is fucking old. How're you going to enter mma at like 46?

of course a trained fighter will beat kimbo. but what makes kimbo so bad ass is hes not a trained fighter and he can fight.

Fair enough, but he's also much taller and much heavier than pretty much everyone he fights, not so bad ass.

Lots of people can fight. Kimbo's just a huge-ass gorilla.

From interviews I've read of him though, he seems like a decent fellow. Just hangs around with some really idiotic people.

odvioulsy you have never watched any of kimbos fights. pretty much everyone he fought were either taller then him or heavier.

Kimbo got beaten by some white guy that was maybe 6'4"-6'6" and 300-330 pounds who was an ex cop. The fact that a white man that is that big and is fighting isnt already a professional fighter or boxer means he sucks, and therefore Kimbo sucks.
