Ive dated a girl for 4 months, and now think that its time to end it. In the last 2 weeks ive lost interest in her and im still not sure why. I used to think that i wouldnt know what to do without being able to talk to her everyday but just this week she was unavailable for 5 days where i didnt even get to see or talk to her and suprisingly it was easy to deal with. I know from her sister that she really loves me deeply though... im going to give her 2 weeks to improve the situation... do you guys know any really nice way i could say to her that she needs to improve? I dont want to hurt her i still love her but its just not going anywhere right now, or do you guys just think this will pass?

I can do equal or better than her (she is still a good girlfriend so im not concerned with doing better.. just different)

I dont NEED a girlfriend... nobody really does in my opinion, its just nice to have right now though

Then it seems like you are right on track for being a normal guy. A normal NICE guy. Most guys just keep their girlfriends, and cheat on them. These words are famous for a reason.

"Things just aren't working out." Anything else, including trying to work it out, is going to lead to trouble. It wont get better, maybe for a week or month, but eventually its gonna be right back to this point again.

Sooner you break up, the sooner you can both move on.

I had the same thing with my girl, like 6 months back. We broke up for a month or so, i fucked another chick, and then we got back together and everything was groovy and still is.
