I went out with this girl for 6months(some of you who remember the story from January know the whole thing, assuming most of you don't).

Well, she got a new BF and we had a total falling out(as in, we didn't talk to each other for one long time)

At a dance I attended(so did they) Me and her new BF wound up in a fight after she asked me to dance during a slow song and I said yeah. After we danced he pulled me back by the shoulder and said some things I didn't like. and it just went from there.

After that, she started talking to me more and more I mean she was the one going "I wanna talk to you, can I call you?" We stayed on the phone till 6am some nights which we only did once before while we were dating, and if he called while I was talking to her she ignored him. It later(a week after the dance) came to my attention that he slammed her into a wall almost breaking her nose(she bleed and her nose swelled) on the night of the dance. And that some other stuff had happened.

I told her to break-up with him for your on good before you get hurt..took me 4 hours, but she did. For the next week and a half or so it was pretty much like we were going out again, talking all the time and hanging out. She told me she still had feelings for me and im like..wtf? but anywho..now (about a month after the breakup of them to). She is no longer like that and is like "I don't like you like that"..and I am like -_-..make up your damn mind. It seems as if every time she has problems she calls me and when I help her with the problem she goes off again.

And..its fucking annoying as hell -_-

I'd say that you should put any relationship other than friendship out of your mind.

You acted like a good friend. It's great to see someone like you these days.

The reason she was so fond of you was probably the "re-bound" effect. You should know what I mean. She was probably scared of the notion of being alone (hence her willing to accept the abuse) but now that she has regained confidence she now wants to search for someone new.

It's beause of you she now has that confidence, so again, kudoes. You did a good thing.

Now, just help a girl who wasn't your ex-girlfriend.
