Is it better to snort Temazepam or swallow them. Not the gells, I have capsules filled with powder.

i've never heard of people snorting tamzepam... i'd just swallow it

well my supply is limited so I want the most powerful affect per milligram. In my experiences I've always known that snorting is more effective except with Xanax. Just wondering if this is like Xanax.

I hope your supply isn't too limited. Temazepam is about as weak of a benzo as you're going to get, unfortunately.
