Well, I had bought an 8th of weed from one of my friends (not one that ripped me off) because a kid at school said he would buy it the next day. I thought, "Great, I'll just take a bit out and make an extra $10." When I get to school the next day, he says he has no money so he can't buy it, leaving me stuck with it the rest of the day.

I then go around school trying to sell it to kids that I know are heavy smokers. None of them have any money that day either. I decide that it would be best to just let my two friends hold it, because it was making my backback smell heavily of marijuana. So at the lunch break, I have friend1 put the baggie in his pocket. I hang out around the campus with them for 5th period, and I decide to go to class for 6th. When I get out of school, I go and wait in our typical place for about 5 minutes. They don't show up.

I then get a call from friend2, telling me that they had left school and went to a park where they were planning to sell their other gram. I was a little suspicious, but I thought that it would be fine, seeing as they are pretty good friends. I get a call at around 10pm that night from friend1, telling me that when they were at the park, some huge guys gave them $10 for the 8th, and just left. I immediatly told them that I want $60 for it, and they agree.

I talk to friend2 the next day (weekend) and he says that he wants to only pay $20 because he didn't really have anything to do with it. I tell him "I don't really care who gives me how much, I just want my $60 by monday." He says okay and hangs up. I call friend1 and tell him that too. He agrees, and says he will have my money by monday.

That monday, I didn't go to school, but as I expected, I called them and neither had the money. I was starting to get a little bit angry, so I told them that wednsday, I wanted that money. They agree and hang up.

Now today (tuesday) I didn't go to school again, but I talked to friend2 and he has the money. Friend1, on the other hand, still doesn't have my money. I start asking him about it, and he says that he shouldn't need to pay me, because it "wasn't their fault". I tell him specifically how it was their fault, and he then says he isn't going to pay me because there is nothing I can do if he doesnt't. I really hate to admit it, but he is right. I now have a few options on what to do:

1) Attempt to kick his ass. The bad part about this would be that he would most likely beat the shit out of me, making it so that I would be vulnerable to getting ripped off more.

2) I could try to get my uncles to beat him up. I'm really not sure if they would though. They would most likely just laugh or tell me to deal with it myself.

3) Hire someone to beat him up. This seems like the best option to me, but I don't know anyone that would accept a deal like that around here.

4) just cut all connections with him, and ruin his reputation with all of the other dealers I know.

Summary: Friend1 and friend2 took my 8th telling me they were going to sell it, but someone gave them $10 and left with it. Now friend2 and friend1 need to pay me $60, but friend1 doesn't want to pay me because there is nothing I can do if he doesn't. So I can:

1) Attempt to kick his ass.

2) Try to get my uncles to kick his ass.

3) Hire someone to kick his ass.

4) Cut all connections with him.

Help me out.

Sorry you got ripped of but the truth is that this over an 8th of weed, which is absolutely, undeniably, unequivocally DIDDLY SHIT. Nada. A fart in a whirlwind. Now you are wiser about who to trust, and how to trust them, and you should be grateful that it wasnt $1000s worth of coke or many many #s of weed, which would most likely result in your death, as opposed to this minor inconvenience.

The thing is though, that I really need that $60. That is the money that is getting me started. Everytime I buy an 8th, I take off a bit of it. No one here really seems to notice, but it starts to add up. So, I have about $200 in profit from dealing, but now I need to minus 60, which just brings me farther away from my goal of $400. Once I get the $400 (to buy an ounce) an 8th wont matter, but at this point in time, losing that 60 bucks is fucking up a lot of shit. Also, if that kid starts telling other people that he ripped me off and I didn't do anything about it, it will fuck me over, in yet another way.

OK, to be honest i would just call him up and jump him.

If you're not sure you can beat him, #1 is counter-productive. I recommend #2 and #4. Explain your situation and that you can't kick his ass, and offer them a split on whatever they can get him to cough up. That makes it worth their time, and you don't take the risk of hiring someone that can kick your ass and simply walk away with the money.

#4 is a given, even if you can't get your uncles to help out. If you have to, write off the money, but make sure that he's not ever going to be able to get his hands on any weed again by pointing him out to anyone else you know that deals.

I'm not a fan of dealers in general, but people that lame their own friends suck even more.
