I have two at the moment

My first bass was a Fender P-Bass. I use this one a lot for playing rock and blues. Also, I love the sound of double thumbing on it. I like it, but it doesn't get no where near as much play as my other one.

My other is an Ibanez 6 string. Well, it was a 6 string. I took off the B and C and kept it that way ever since. I enjoyed the extra range for awhile, but came to realize that 6 is not nessecary and even a little overdone for me. Its not a regreat in buying it though. The four strings are closer together than my other bass, which is good, because my hands are not that big. It seems the extra neck room would get in the way, but it really doesn't. I can move faster on it and have more control as well. Some songs I can really only play on this one, "Tommy the Cat" for instance.
