I'm not all too familiar with AK'S and the price tag they demand.

Anyway, I'd say that $300-$400 is a good price for a done up Kalashnikov like that.

i can get that for like 50 bucks from my drug dealer

$tinger's price range sounds fair. It's where most AKs seem to fall, except when you occasionally find Romanians for less that $300.

Have you seen the new AES-10? It's an RPK copy. A store near here just got one. It feels solid, and the store owner tells me it's pretty nice.

Is that a single column WASR or the double? With the single you have to get specific magazines, but with the double any AK mags will work.

You can dremel the single WASR to accept double stack magazine, but you lose the ability to use your single stack. You also have to be careful with your dremel.

Are you actually thinking about getting a gun worth less than 500 dollars?! GASP!

I was looking at getting an AK, but I'm puttin that money into new parts for my AR.

Currently I have a flat top upper receiver on the way, next thing I'm getting are some magpul grips and that sweet magpul stock.


Probably putting a good grand into it

It'll be worth it when it's done though.


Seriously though, invest in another AR platform before picking up an AK, I know that's what I'm doing.


EDIT: Just saw the ad, for 385, it's a good deal.

This is what I was looking at But it's backordered. And after shipping costs, FFL transfer fees it'd be about the same.
