yeah as a heads up man, youre feeling down right now but no one but you can change that. And you arent getting any younger, i dont know anything about you except what you wrote and I'd venture to agree with the rest of the posters that your attitude is the largest problem you have. and thats something that you can control. You do not need friends, or need to be outgoing to get a girlfriend. however you do need some balls. My best advice for you would be to define some identity for yourself, if you believe you're a loser...you will be one. The best advice I can give you is suck it up. Find a hobby that either makes you interesting or gets your around people. And see a therapist to make sure you don't have anything wrong with your head (depression, paranoia, social anxiety).

thats just my opinion, i have had sex with a few people since my first time and i never really cared about them, so to me, it just wasnt as good as with someone you love and really care about. so my reference point is after the fact of the original time but they can be compared none-the-less.

The key here is to stop complaining. I used to be the same way as you. I used to think I was a huge loser and would never have a girlfriend. Partly by myself, and partly thanks to more than a few figurative kicks in the ass by friends, I basically decided "screw this, no sense complaining, I'll just go with the flow." I concentrated more on school, bought some nice clothes, joined a couple sports teams just for something to do. Probably most importantly is I STOPPED TRYING TO GET A GIRLFRIEND. Sounds stupid right? Guess what happened.

The change wasn't immediate, but eventually girls started noticing me. Within a year I had my first girlfriend without even looking for one. After another year I'd lost my virginity. Today, I'm with my steady girlfriend of nearly a year, am happily sexually active. I've turned down more girls in the past month than I had even talked to in my entire life up until I got a hold of myself. I'm still not the most outgoing, I enjoy socializing but I can still be pretty introverted at times. However, there's an air of confidence about me that people pick up on, and they like that.

So the moral here is to stop complaining. Sulking will get you nowhere. Find a hobby, a club or a sport. Do stuff other than sit around at home, anything that will get you to meet new people. Don't wear stupid clothes, because, unfortunate as it may be, the clothes make the man, because that's the first thing people notice. But, I can only tell you so much. You have to do this by yourself, for yourself. You can do it. If I can anyone can.
