what do you listen to, to keep u pumped while your workin out? Personally i either listen to the heavy bitch ass metal like mercenary, the berzerker etc. Or tenacious D cus their songs are like wee stories that take my mind off the pain when im really pushin it. (double team is the balls)

lol, I get asked "What is that song that just played?" so much in the gym. Cause I bring my own CD's. I mix some heavy stuff (but not heavy heavy) like Saliva, Drowning Pool, or Motorhead with rock (Soundgarden, White stripes, Quarashi) and some rap (Fatlip, Blackalicious, even Beat it by MJ)
And I have had no complaints, only "Who sings that song? Whats it called?" Questions.
So, basically, you WISH you had my playlist

Soulfly - faster songs (Living Sacrifice, execution etc.).
Sepultura (slower, but more bass and steady rythm).
