if she's a really nice girl, i doubt she'll cheat on him. at the most, pour out a few fifteen year old girl feelings and insecurities which you could steer towards her relationship and possibly aid her in deciding she wants to break up with him.

the only way, and it'd work if she's not too keen on him+likes you a little already, is to quite literally charm the pants off her :) be mature, wise, collected, warm and then flirty and even warmer, and if she's anything like my friends, she'll be putty in your hands.

Step 1: Become her friend.
Step 2: Ask her to hang out as much as possible.
Step 3: Always be her sounding board. Even encourage her to talk about her boyfriend. That way you wont seem as threatening.
Step 4: Treat her better then her boyfriend does. Step 3 comes in handy here, as the areas she complains about are the ones you need to concentrate on.
Step 5: After a few months, make an innocent move. Either a random kiss followed immediately by an apology, or confess a slight crush.
Step 6: Wait for the boyfriend to fuck up and move in.
