Just bought my first pistol
Already had a Remington 11-87 and a hand-built .308 (my granddad is a gunsmith, it was a gift), but never had a pistol before. I just bought a S&W sigma 9mm. I held it and fired it and fell in love with it.
Ill post pics when my camera battery charges.

Re: Just bought my first pistol
Congratulations. Did you get it with ban or ban-free mags (10 rounders or full-cap)?
From what I recall the Sigma is pretty much mechanically identical to a Glock, but I may be wrong.

Re: Just bought my first pistol
Does anyone have any information on longer barrels for my pistol? I want to be able to add a suppressor to it, for the main purpose of protecting my hearing. I know that external ear protection is available, but I find them cumbersome and uncomfortable, and would rather go this route for target shooting.
I live in Georgia, and it is perfectly legal to own a suppressor here. I am more wondering what a good one would be and what would be the best option for attaching it.
Thanks in advance for the info.

I think that Wolf and Jarvis make HK barrels. I'm pretty sure about the latter, not about the former.

Re: Just bought my first pistol
A threaded barrel is probably your best bet, anyway.

Re: Just bought my first pistol
Does an HK barrel fit a S&W Sigma?
If not, where can i get a longer barrel? will the previous 4.5" Sigma barrel work?
