Alright ...I am pretty much socially retarded. No, I AM socially retarded. So I've been working at this shitty job with this girl. We both have a lot in common. She's 2 months older than me, so age isn't an issue. (Both gonna be 19 in June/August of this year) Like the same the music...and we both smoke pot daily...sadly, this is pretty much the thing that we connected with. We both are/have been prescribed the same medications...adderall, all the ssri's, depakote, seroquel, etc. So we talked about that and it felt like we connected pretty good. I made a thread a while back about her inviting me to her house while her parents were away, she was alone. We just sat around smoked a few bowls, talked, watched tv and i fuckin left. I just can't tell if I should make a move and I know it's really lame. Lately after work, namely today, she asked me if I wanted to smoke a bowl with her. I said yeah sure. So we drove around and smoked and talked (again. and again. and again... :P ) then we once again said our goodbyes and left.

To the point: We found out we both get off work tomorrow at 4:00PM so I asked her if she wanted to yeah, you guessed it, smoke pot tomorrow after work and she said yeah sure. So you guys think she likes me or what? I don't think she hangs out with anyone else at work..she is really hot and has red hair and the prettiest turquoise eyes, trust me guys she is fuckin hot! I appreciate any advice!!

Oh, btw. I know this is a really pathetic post...but I am seriously terrible at social interaction. It is always so....wierd/awkward. Everything I do I think about what the other person is thinking about me. I know I have terrible anxiety..lol.

The longer you just act as friends the harder it will be to break out of the friendship relationship and start dating. And if i remember correctly, your last thread was quite some time ago. Which means its probably already too late.

it kinda sounds like you guys get on good as friends, though just doing similar stuff over and over could easily get stale if you do it too often(like, more than once or twice a week after work for a couple hours). you think she's "girlfriend material"?

you mnight wanna propose you do something like a knotch up towards showing you like her. i don't know what that would be, but i guess it's just gotta hint that you want more than friends- i'm sure you can come up with something. seems like it'd be a better opportunity for more flirting than just smoking.
