For the past week I have these dark yellow gel-like pellets that come out with my semen. When These pellets come out it can be painful. I havent had sex in months and I have no other symptoms.
Im seeing a doctor tommorrow no question. But Im going crazy wondering what it could be. Has anyone had this?
