Could be a weeding out class. There is a physics class that's meant to do that at my college for second year pharmacy students. Two semesters worth of physics in one, 4 exams, first worth 20%, second and third worth 25%, and the final is worth 30% and is comprehensive.

Hell, my general chemistry final had a class average of 62%.

so thats why they put it in the curriculum. im trying for pharmacy and really couldn't figure out the reason for putting physics, of all science classes in the requirements. fuckin bastards...

Theres more ways to fail a class then a %.
