Well, my own thoughts are often really messed up when something like this happens, so I am only writing stuff that helps me...

1. Rejection happens to every guy. Take a browse on this forum for countless examples. You are not weird or defective for having been rejected.
2. This is no indication on your worth on a person. It's just a flakey women being stupid.
3. Get closure if you must and are able to. Then cut her out of your life.

Dude, stay strong, and just remember, no matter what she does or who you're with or what happens, you're still there and you're still in once piece. You can't count on anyone else to have your back in this world; they'll be looking out for themselves, but thats alright because as long as you keep your head on your shoulders you'll be okay.

Don't wait for her.

Take a step back and think about it. You feel the way you do because of your emotions. You were with this girl for a little while, you had your fun, but she's obviously got no clue what she really wants, so don't make yourself the blame for it. You did what you could, and you didn't do anything to screw it up. All you can do right now is talk to your friends, go out with them, spend time with people who you know, meet new people, and just enjoy life. You'll move on in time. Good luck.

Fair enough. :D

But yeah, listen to these guys, they're giving some good advice.

And I can kinda understand where you're coming from. Don't be ashamed to cry.

(But don't go too soft. You may have to move on. There are other juggalettes in the sea. ;) )

oh and this is a great example on why you should always have another girl on "reserve" just in case shit like this happens.

^^Truth.

Yeah, actually, girls LOVE heartbreak stories. Don't let it turn into A.) a pity fuck or B.) A chain of relationships that are in essence pity fucks.

I went through something almost exact to this. You're done with her.
Stop being so hard on yourself, and in the future, try to avoid filling the 'hole' she's made. One more thing, try not to hold any stupid grudges over this and just learn your lesson.

No.

You start whining about your heartbreak story, you are in friend zone.

Let's examine whats going on in girls head as you tell her your story:
"His heart is broken. That is so sad. His girlfriend left him....why? He couldn't keep her attracted? I should listen to this guy, he really needs my support, but in the mean time I need to call Mufasa and get a quick fuck."

Guys, why would you want to purposely demonstrate that you don't have what it takes to maintain a relationship with the opposite sex?
