I haven't found anything detailed on how to make plastic shapes. My target is to make plastic boat body models (also intend on making some plastic cases) for example:

The only thing i have in mind is to pour plastic in something hallow, but to hollow out an object to the shape of the boat or any other body, or to glue up two pieces to make a hollow body seems almost impossible.

Vacaume Forming. You make a mould out of wood/metal then use a vacaume to seal melted plastic around it.

That's essentially how you make moo glue... not plastic.

Plastic is made out of earth oil, not milk.

That just tells you how to make glue, form it, and let it dry.

One would need a powerful vacuume for that, about 6 HP, that's 735*6 Watt. And may i remind you i'm in Europe: ~220V, 50 Hz. Engines that powerful here where i live i've only found at about 1000 $. A bit spicy for my earnings..

You would need injection molding or vacume forming equiptment to make something like that from plastic. I think you can get really thin fibraglass coth for making models and stuff. That would be the way to go if you can't get access to a vacume forming machine. I would look up model making clubs in your area and see if any of them are rich enough to have it.

So that's it. No other way? No cheap way?
