Default how well does bacon work, smoke wise?

Would it produce enough smoke to fill a room? Im asking because last year i was at the game where Germany Whooped portugal in the World Cup for 3rd place, and afterwards we all left the stadium and had an after party/riot. Lasted a few hours, and everyone seemed to have some sorta firework with them, nice and hazardous. Anyways, one thing i distinctly remember was someone setting down a coffe can type object which has a small flame in it and produced a plume of smoke thta covered about 100 meters x 100 meters and about 25 meters high in 1 min, and kept burning for another few minutes. And it smelled vaguely of bacon, so im guessing the two are related?

Could bacon really do this? Or what do you think it coulda been?

...

I can honestly say I've never heard of bacon being in any refutable smoke mix.

I suppose they could have used lard like you would use paraffin. I wonder how it compares.

Great, now I'm going to have to try it...

lard candle, more than likely. just a regular wick, and you use bacon grease as the wax...read it in the AC I think..stupid, but it might just work well.
BTW, no special oxidisers or anything, if I remember right..

And me.

I was thinking maybe and oxidiser and a fuel with bacon fat or lard as well? That would explain the flame unless it was at that text file said a candle wick burning. In bacon fat.

Either way I cant imagine bacon makes a good smoke unless you leave it under the grill too long.

Now an oxidiser with fat? Could it work??
