you can use GIMP it does basically everything photoshop does, but yes it runs perfect for me with wine
there is a linux MSN client so you dont need it, but yes for me it ran perfect
and utorrent you can get Frostwire, or azureus, i dont think downloading that much stuff would run as smoothly in wine

I wounder if there is a windows Software that will run a Linux file, like the opposite of Wine.

There is, but it is not an equivalent of what WINE is.
VMWare which costs money for a license, and I think they were giving it away free at some point is an emulator, not a native Linux API/ABI on top of Windows.

So the answer to your question is no.
