I'm sure when I was on totse the other day,I could view what infractions a poster had received. But I was attempting to do that today and couldnt?

Mainly I'd like to be able to check a posters previous infractions (if they have any) to see if I should re-consider giving them an infraction, or if they are a repeat offender and need to be punished.

Is it perhaps I can only view a posters infractions if I give one to them first?

I'm a bit confused.. If anyone can explain this, it would be cool.:)

I can see infractions given by other moderators.
Uh, here's a post that got an infraction: http://www.totse.com/community/showpost.php?p=8221154&postcount=16

I think once the infraction expires you can't see it anymore.
