Unfortunately reality has proven otherwise to me.

(I deleted my previous example because people were taking it to be an attack on black people, which it was never meant to be. So I took another example that my friend told me about that doest come off as being so "racist". Unfortunately it still involves black people, so those who automatically equate speaking about blacks to hating on blacks, please leave. I am trying to avoid using popular stereotypes too, as to avoid getting replies that state this.)

My friend works at IHOP. He tells me that most (not all) of the time when black people come in they ask for a cup of hot water. They use this cup of hot water to sterilize there utensils before using them to eat. He said that he has never had someone of any other race ask for a cup of hot water to sterilize their utensils with. Now seeing that I know my friend and I have some blacks friends, I can say for sure he isn't a racist.

Because of this and other things I cant help but think that people of different races minds work in different ways.


note: This thread isn't targeted at blacks, I am looking for a discussion about the reasons for popular/common trends among people of a single race.
