it's legal, my friend bought one when i use to live there. and the chances she is pregnant is very small, if you remember your biology only a small amount of sperm will survive upon entering the vagina because of the protective enzymes in there. so sperm on your hand/finger has a small chance of getting her pregnant. but just to be sure get a pregnancy test stick.
