Next to shooting, an enema is the most effective way. Seeing as your doing morphine (which has a very low bio-activeness orally, not sure about snorting), you should either re-consider shooting or start lubing up that a-hole of yours.

I asked this awhile back, robin posted some bio rates and actually if i remember correctly rectal admin isnt higher than oral.
morphine besides spiked is just pretty shitty, well not shitty but ya know

Eating is better than snorting, though I always, no matter what my tolerance at the time, throw up from oral morphine the next day. I can blow twice as much and not get sick (and not feel as good either). But go with oral, prob. 50mg if you have no tolerance.

morphine "bioavailability" is debated alot on this forum.

Scan down a little in the 1st post, seems pretty useful.
Personally though if your not down to needle it then enema or snuff. Taking it orally will work as well though effects will be greatly diminished, wasting alot of the chemical. peace.
